Designed in collaboration with Cinnabar Bow, the Vermil Victory Ring is inspired by the designs in "The Way of Archery," written by Gao Ying during the Ming Dynasty, while also incorporating modern ergonomics for the best performance and maximum comfort.
The ring features an elongated lip for thumb protection and a V-shaped guard with a central cut-out. This allows the thumb to curl comfortably, ensuring a secure draw and smoother release. This balance of protection and comfort makes it ideal for archers of all levels.
Material: Kamagong wood
Kamagong wood is a dense and exceptionally durable hardwood from Southeast Asia, renowned for its remarkable strength. Its deep, dark tones, interwoven with brown and white streaks, create a distinctive, marble-like pattern. Also known as ironwood, its durability makes it ideal for tool handles, equipment, and finely crafted pieces—seamlessly blending lasting durability with natural elegance.
Resin-Reinforced Wood
In this version, we infuse resin into the wood, filling any gaps and resulting in a stronger, more flexible thumb ring. This enhanced construction can withstand higher draw weights, up to 50 pounds. While it is slightly less aromatic than pure wood, it offers increased durability and strength.
